Lead the accessibility program for a digital agency serving ~40 accessibility clients. Rebuilt an underdeveloped program into the methodology the agency runs on, and partner directly with the company president on accessibility strategy and firm-wide initiatives. Direct a senior auditor and advise developers on remediation sufficiency. Authored the designer and developer accessibility guidelines used across both teams and built the VPAT program end to end, authoring dozens of conformance reports for our clients.
